First Principles

1. Score is attractiveness — start with edge_value_score_v2
2. Deployability is separate — check structural capacity before treating a row as actionable
3. Planner is bounded — it is guidance, not allocation certainty
4. Simulator is scenario-only — it is not evidence of future outcomes

Recommended First-Use Flow

1. Open the Screener
2. Sort by canonical score
3. Open one opportunity
4. Check decay-adjusted return, observed risk, and structural capacity
5. Move to Planner or Simulator only after you understand those semantics
