Deployability

In FYOS, deployability is not the same thing as score.

Scoreable vs Deployable

• A row can be scoreable because clean-core inputs are sufficient to compute attractiveness
• The same row can still be not deployable because structural capacity is missing or insufficient

This is intentional.

Primary Deployability Source

The primary deployability truth is structural capacity, especially edge_capacity_24h.

Planner-style allocation must not rely on score alone.

What Is Deprecated

soft_capacity_usd is not primary deployability authority.

It may still appear in diagnostics or legacy compatibility contexts, but it should not be read as the trusted size limit for beta launch decisions.

Product Consequence

• Screener can rank an opportunity highly
• Planner can still reject it

That is not a contradiction. It is the correct clean-core contract.
